1. Go to YouTube's homepage (www.youtube.com) in your web browser.

2. Click on the "Sign in" button located in the upper-right corner of the screen.

3. On the next page, click on the "Create account" button.

4. Fill out the registration form with your first and last name, email address, and password.

5. Choose your location and your birthdate from the dropdown menus.

6. Click on the "Next" button.

7. On the next page, enter your mobile phone number for verification purposes.

8. Select your verification method: text message or voice call.

9. Enter the verification code you receive on the next page.

10. Click on the "Continue" button.

11. On the next page, you'll be prompted to add a profile picture. You can either upload a photo or skip this step.

12. Next, you'll be prompted to fill out some additional information about yourself, such as your gender and whether you want to receive updates from YouTube.

13. Finally, click on the "Create channel" button to finish creating your account.

Congratulations! You now have a YouTube account.
